CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Ten Count Boxing CIO

KIDS BOXFIT & BOXERCISE 13 REFUNDS

-Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you and you have taken a space from someone else.

KIDS BOXFIT

-Block sessions of 16 classes for £20.00 run for 1 month from date of purchase and end 1 month after date of purchase. Any unused sessions can not be carried over or refunded.

BOXERCISE 13

-Block sessions of 4 classes for £10.00 run for 1 month from date of purchase and end 1 month after date of purchase. Any unused sessions can not be carried over or refunded.

-Please provide cancellation notice at least 3 hours prior to the class you have booked.

-You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at tencountboxingcio@gmail.com, texting 07856 750283 with your childs name.

LADY SHAPES / MUM AND TEEN

-Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

 

-If you cancel your appointment less than 3 hours before it is scheduled to take place for a 2nd time, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of £5.00.

 

-Please note you will not  be allowed back to class until the cancellation fee is paid. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

ALL 1-2-1 TRAINING & REFUNDS

-Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

-for a refund or re schedule please cancel or advise 24 hours before your lesson

-If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before it is scheduled to take place, no refund or rescheduling will be given. 

-You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at tencountboxingcio@gmail.com, texting your instructor MAX or BEV

MEMBERSHIP PLANS & REFUNDS

-There is no refund on daily or weekly membership passes for gym or classes. -They can be transferred providing you advise the gym in advance.
 

-Monthly membership plans need to be cancelled within a week of purchase or no refund can be issued. Any classes used within that week will be deducted from the refund total.
 

-Yearly Plans need to be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus 1 month payment. After 30days but before 60days 50% of remaining membership can be refunded. After 60 days no refunds can be issued.

-Shop items= there is no refund on orders with names, name orders for print, incorrect name orders, used or broken items

Store credit available on certain items. Refund request must be made within seven days of purchase and is subject to admin fees after seven days.

Please note it is your responsibility as a member to maintain your direct debit and not that of Ten Count CIO
