KIDS ONLY CLASSES

GENERAL BOXING 

 

AMATUER BOXING for beginner boxers from ages 10 onwards                                             

                                                                 

BOXERCISE a varied workout with box fitness (using the boxing bags)

Ten Count Fight Club

ROUND 1 

 

LADY SHAPES  female ONLY workout sessions with a female instructor   

 

MUM & TEENS female ONLY classes where Nans, Grans, Mums, Daughters, Aunts and Nieces can work out together          

PERSONAL TRAINING 1-2-1 private lessons with Max or Bev                                 

PERSONAL BOXING LESSON  1-2-1 private lessons with Max or Bev 

Please remember all boxers need their own gloves,

all amateur boxers need a boxing kit that includes

boxing gloves, head guard, gum shield, skipping rope and wraps.

All items can be purchased at the gym or any sporting store.
