Boxercise - a combination of boxing and exercise using both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems that results in great fun, stress busting activities to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit. It can involve circuits and circuit training and is one of the most effective forms of cross-training.
Boxercise is a high-intensity interval boxing training to get fit. In boxercise classes, there can be many different training types.
Boxing training is effective in building muscle mass, getting fit and burning fat. When you do it as a high-intensity interval training, it becomes even more effective for these.

Boxing Classes

Fight club- a sparring session for those who want to improve on their boxing technique. Sparring is NOT BOXING but box training as safety equipment is used in the session and there are restrictions on what fighters can and cannot do. Sparring is practising against an opponent it is NOT FIGHTING but a means to learn from others and improve on and develop new techniques. Sparring is NOT about your opponent, it’s about YOU. It could be about practising anything. For example, you try a new combination and end up taking a shot, then you’ll remember to not do that in a fight or change how you set it up.
Sparring is similar to a proper match, except a coach will stop fighters to provide feedback. Sparring is necessary to improve and to practice your art.
