RAFFLE RULES AND DETAILS

 

We at Ten Count are for and about the community and to support our member Tre and his school -Sir Stanley Matthews Academy- in raising much needed funds for their trip to Africa we are running a raffle where ALL money collected goes to the school for their trip in February 2023.

 

Tickets are on sale at the gym or if you would rather donate directly via the gofund link below, even a small donation will help them reach their fundraising goal and we appreciate your help.

There are 2 ways to gain tickets

£5 per ticket

This ticket allows you one chance in the main prize draw AND a chance in the mystery draw

 

£2 per mystery ticket entry

This ticket allows you one chance in the mystery draw ONLY

 

ALL prizes have been proudly donated by Ten Count Boxing Gym CIO (TCB)

Total prize value over £200

 

1st prize    3 months all access gym pass for 1 person 

2nd prize   1 year membership for 2 to ROFL comedy club

3rd prize    1 month Kid Boxfit class

4th prize     1 TCB hoodie (with or without name) 

5th prize     1 boxing necklace (choice of gold or silver)

 

Mystery prizes (can) include

-1 lady shape class

-1 day all access pass to the gym 

-1 gym stopwatch

-1 week kids Boxfit classes

-1 mouth guard

-1 Gym class session of your choice

-1 name printed on your choice of item (with or without TCB logo)

-1 water bottle

-1 skipping rope

-1 TCB gym bag (5 available)

 

All £5.00 ticket details will be placed into a box and drawn at random. 

Once all 3 main prizes are secured and customers contacted, all mystery prize ticket stubs will be placed in the same box, mixed up with the other tickets and the mystery prize draw will be held.

Prize rules

1. Raffle will be draw at the gym  November 30th  2022

2. ALL money collected from the main £5.00 ticket raffle and ALL money for the mystery prize draw will go to Tre Furnival of Sir Stanley Matthews Academy towards the funding of their school trip to Africa in February 2023. 

3. If we can not get hold of you because of the details you have given us, we will advertise on facebook and our website for one week. We will draw another ticket while we wait for you to contact us. If you do not claim your prize within that week, the prize will go to the other person drawn. If this happens again we will repeat our draw process till a winner is found.

4. If a ticket is drawn, the winner contacted and nobody claims the prize within a week, another ticket will be drawn and the prize given to that person.

5. Prize can only be used by the winner unless first confirmed with Ten Count Boxing Gym CIO (TCB) prior to the start of winning membership or winning item given to the winner.

6. Prizes can not be substituted or sold for money and can only be substituted per TCB discretion.

7. All prizes are to be collected within 1 month of winners being announced and contacted or they will be made invalid. All memberships are to be used within 6 months of collection and contact. The membership must run in a consecutive manner from start of use.

8. All details of any changes and raffle rules will be posted on our facebook page and website.

9. Any amendments to prizes must be done through TCB or the prize will be deemed invalid if amendments are made without TCB consent.

10. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they are aware of any changes or rules for this raffle, any incorrect contact details, communicating with TCB and keeping TCB informed of any of the above rules.
